The Content Uploader is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient uploading of digital content across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective process management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload Content Across Platforms:

Upload digital content across ten different platforms, ensuring that each piece of content meets the specific requirements of the platform.

Ensure that all uploads are completed accurately, on time, and are consistent across all platforms.

Manage Uploading Process:

Oversee the entire content uploading process, from receiving content from the production team to finalizing and publishing it on the designated platforms.

Coordinate with relevant teams to gather all necessary content and metadata before the uploading process begins.

Monitor and address any issues that arise during the upload, ensuring that the process is completed without delays.

Ensure Smooth and Efficient Uploads:

Optimize the uploading process to minimize errors and improve efficiency, implementing best practices and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Conduct quality checks to verify that all uploaded content is complete, accurate, and aligns with platform standards.

Continuously review and refine the uploading process to enhance speed and efficiency, reducing the likelihood of bottlenecks or errors.

Qualifications:

Experience with content management and digital platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Good communication skills for coordinating with various teams.

Basic technical skills related to digital file formats and content management systems.

Experience:

Previous experience in content uploading or digital asset management is preferred.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms is a plus.
