As a Content Strategist specializing in SEO and digital campaigns, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and optimized content that drives traffic, enhances brand visibility, and supports our requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Best practices in SEO and digital marketing to enhance content effectiveness and relevance.
- Research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement across various digital platforms.
- Regularly update and refresh existing content to keep it relevant and optimized for search engines.
- Incorporate SEO best practices in content creation, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Proofread content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative content ideas and strategies.
- Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws and complies with industry regulations and standards.
- Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and effective ways of resolving them.
- Churn out ideas and copy for many communication pieces including, but not limited to social media content, digital ads, brochures, press ads, blogs, articles, emailers, posters, WhatsApp messages, SMS, web banners, and other digital assets.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and style across all campaigns, ensuring that messaging is aligned with the company's overall brand strategy.
- Play an important role in building a brand for India's fastest growing Educational Institutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of content types and styles.
- Ability to research and understand complex topics and translate them into easily understandable and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as a copy and content writer.
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques and narrative development for digital campaigns.
