Role Overview:
Balance Nutrition is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist to join our team. As our Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our content strategy across our app and website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives. Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our internal app and website, aligning with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Conduct content audits and analyses to evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define content goals, target audience personas, and communication strategies. Create content calendars, style guides, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency, quality, and brand voice across all content.
- Ideate and brainstorm campaign ideas across platforms to promote various business assets effectively.
Content Creation:
- Craft engaging and compelling content for our app and website, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our platforms.
- Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to iterate and refine content strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment and integration of content strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, content reviews, and project meetings to contribute ideas and insights to the overall product development process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on content initiatives, gather feedback, and address questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with content analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
