Position Junior Content Writer Responsibilities Content Strategy o Assist in developing comprehensive content strategies for evergreen content blogs and campaigns
o Contribute to crafting effective value propositions and compelling narratives
o Research relevant product and competitive information utilizing consumer insights gained through data and testing Campaign Strategy o Collaborate closely with the Campaign Manager to comprehend audience dynamics competitive content and campaign performance data o Create buyer centric content journeys aligned with campaign objectives Content Distribution
o Work in coordination with Campaign Managers social media internal communications and digital teams to ensure seamless promotion and amplification of campaigns across paid owned and earned channels o Ensure performance data and insights are communicated back to the team for continuous improvement Blog Management
o Manage the end to end process of blog content including ideation editing SEO optimization digital strategy and scheduling
Content Ideation o Demonstrate a proactive approach in generating fresh innovative content that resonates with the target audience o Lead the ideation process to transform data and insights into compelling thought starters and stories Content Creation
o Develop asset briefs aligned with the creative vision overseeing the creation process for internal or external content creators during the RFP process
o Contribute to the creation of various assets including website copy registration forms emails thought leadership pieces whitepapers blogs and social content o Provide visual guidance for all assets Production Oversight o Take ownership of content production across channels and formats including written video interactive and social assets from upper to lower funnel paid media and events
o Collaborate with and manage creative editorial resources ensuring the development of original content in adherence to briefs and brand standards o Efficiently manage production timelines consolidate feedback and obtain approvals from multiple stakeholders Analysis and Content Optimization
o Monitor and measure the performance of all content assets to ensure quality and effectiveness across channels o Conduct A B tests and provide recommendations for optimizations making informed decisions on content extension or discontinuation based on performance
