Job Description
Look forward to hiring an individual with Leadership consulting background. Person will be responsible to provide support to Senior Leadership on the executive presentation and content. He/ She will need to provide insights/ recommendations and translate complex idea/ business strategy into documents/ presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing written reports and presentations for C-level/ Top-level executives
Compiling reports and providing insights/ recommendations and translate complex idea/ business strategy into documents/ presentations.
Reviewing and editing presentations to ensure formatting is consistent and to correct any grammatical errors.
Conducting working sessions with leaders to collect data and feedback for the draft/ reports/ presentations.
Maintain brand standards, guidelines and compliance in all the deliverables.
Reporting the progress at regular intervals to the key stakeholders.
Help to support diverse teams within tight timelines
Brainstorm and build a storyboard on content to be presented to the executive leadership team
Responsibilities & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree (preferably in design or related field) with relevant work experience
5-12 years of experience working with senior management/ in consulting capacity including experience of presenting complex ideas
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc.
Relevant years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience (PowerPoint certification not required, but would be added advantage)
Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience's attention
Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate setting
Outstanding attention to details and takes pride in creating the message through outstanding visuals/graphics
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
Collect, clean, and pre-process data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals
Ability to coordinate and work on cross-functionally with other teams
Strong writing and visual design skills to be able to deliver professional quality output for a global audience
Capable of conducting ad hoc research for Leaders and quickly crafting high quality deliverables based on findings.
