About the role:
The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to engage our target audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
At Darwinbox, a content manager is a great blend of research, creative content writing and managing stakeholders to get the raw content from other teams. This role is what brings the capabilities of a research analyst, thought leader, and content writer together. This includes capability to research and consult internal SMEs to develop a PoV on HR function/tech and convert the insights into collateral of the short and long variety, campaign material, social media content, and more. You'll get a chance to flex your creative thinking. As a team, we aim to top the content we put out year by year. Guided by the tenets of quality and delivering value to our customers, we keep space for experimentation. You'll own your projects and will have the creative liberty to execute them. Your growth is capped only by your initiative.
Responsibilities :
- First and foremost, you need to own the projects. Constantly think about how things can be made better and more efficient, how can we drive more value for our target audience, what more can we do for the brand You will be expected to provide insight and input into how content can be leveraged to break the clutter. Think beyond the scope of your daily work.
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Secondary and primary research and consult SMEs to develop a PoV on HR and HR Tech
- Analyze and convert research insights into a storyboard which can be converted into different content formats such as articles, blogs, posts, emails, etc.
- Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, videos, and community blogs.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer communication team, including staging and publishing various content and more.
- You'll also be expected to ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content.
- Partner and collaborate with industry thought leaders to build content assets and execute campaigns.

- Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots, and areas for improvement.
- Through your own research, develop an understanding of the cutting-edge trends in HR and HR tech.
- Effectively communicate and product level changes in a seamless and engaging manner that facilitates greater understanding and feature adoption
- Coordinate with Product experts to ensure effective communication on day-to-day / regular product updates
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Establish content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
Who should apply:
- You are interested in or intrigued by HR as a function. HR-related experience is good but is not compulsory.
- An MBA in HR or a Mass Communications or Literature degree would be another advantage.
- You have 5 to 6 Years of experience in a content function designed to help drive best in class Customer experience
- You have experience and are comfortable with various formats of content: ad copy, an email, a tweet, a LinkedIn post, a blog, a white paper, report, or an eBook.
- Your content has shown measurable results in your current and previous roles.
- You are good at measuring and analyzing.
- You read voraciously and are tirelessly curious.
- You keep up with the business environment and business news.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role .
