We are a rapidly growing media and e-mentoring platform dedicated to Venture Capital and entrepreneurship. We aim to provide top-notch content, insights, and learning opportunities for current and aspiring Venture Capitalists. The VC Factory is a non-profit reinvesting revenue from training and subscriptions into its research initiatives.

Role Overview:

We seek a motivated and skilled Content & Research Manager to join our team and drive our content strategy forward. As the Content & Research Manager, you will be at the forefront of our content creation and research initiatives. You will participate in the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to publication, and conduct research to support our educational and thought leadership efforts. This role offers the chance to deeply engage with the Venture Capital ecosystem and contribute significantly to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will mainly consist of the following tasks under the direct supervision of our Founder, Aram Attar.

• Content Creation & Editing: Develop content for our articles, social media posts, and newsletters. Work closely with the Founder to co-author articles and take the lead on content projects as you grow into the role.

• Research & Analysis: Perform research on topics relevant to Venture Capital and entrepreneurship using AI tools. Compile data, draft research reports, and provide insights to support content development and strategic decisions.

• Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts that align with our content themes. Monitor engagement and adjust strategies to optimize our reach and impact within the community.

• Community Engagement: Assist in building and managing a network of MBAs and professionals to attend tech conferences and other events worldwide, expanding our content and research capabilities.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Founder and any future team members to support the platform's growth. This role may evolve to include leadership responsibilities as the team expands.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who display the following qualifications.

2+ years of experience in content creation, research, or a related field. Highly motivated recent graduates passionate about Venture Capital are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in producing content for a professional audience. A personal blog or similar portfolio is a strong plus.

Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and research (not writing).

Strong interest in Venture Capital and entrepreneurship, with a keen ability to identify industry trends.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $250 to $500 per month (20,000 to 40,000 INR), depending on seniority and the amount of time worked. Additionally, you will receive a percentage of revenue from our training programs.
