We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic social media and Content Marketing Specialist Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for B2B workflows. Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and grammar. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about content creation and brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience).

What you will be doing:

Branding and Awareness:

1. Creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Developing a content calendar that includes a variety of post types such as news updates, quotes, statistics, facts, questions, polls, product showcases, testimonials, and blog posts.
3. Ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity in all posts and interactions.

Content Creation:

1. Crafting high-quality written content for the company's website, collaterals, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborating with internal teams to understand product features, functionalities, and benefits, and translating them into compelling content.

Social Media Management:

1. Managing and scheduling posts on different platforms, ensuring optimal posting times and frequency.
2. Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly to engage with the audience and address inquiries.

Video Editing:

1. Utilizing Adobe Suite tools to edit and enhance video content for social media platforms and other marketing initiatives.
2. Creating visually appealing and engaging videos that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

1. Tracking key performance metrics across social media platforms and LinkedIn, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and follower growth.
2. Compiling and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Digital PR:

1. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Develop and execute outreach campaigns, craft press releases,
