Job Description
Daxko is seeking a talented and dynamic Content Marketing Manager - Social Media to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creative content, and the ability to drive engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for managing Daxko's social media presence, collaborating on content strategies, and fostering community engagement.
You Will Also
- Develop, implement, and manage Daxko's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create engaging content including text posts, images, videos, and infographics that align with the company's brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor and report on Online Reputation data for the Customer Marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and overall social media performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent English communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Preferred (not Required) Skills/Abilities/Experience
- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Masters degree In communications
- Relevant experience in health and fitness industry
