Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. This individual will be instrumental in developing and driving content initiatives across various platforms to boost brand visibility and engage our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize the content calendar to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality materials across blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and social media.
- Produce engaging content for social media and direct client communications, including posts, case studies, infographics, blogs, and articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and disseminate content that resonates with our target demographics.
- Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Drive engagement by creating compelling social media content and actively interacting with our community.
- Organize and run community-focused events such as hackathons and webinars to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Regularly report to stakeholders on content strategy effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one previous role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record in managing a diverse content calendar and creating various types of content.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experienced in managing social media platforms and engaging with digital communities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring teams.
