Job Description

System Management:

  • Collaborate with the online platform team and virtual navigators to set up and manage an efficient system for mining client interactions, Google Analytics, community interactions, client feedback, and social media data analysis.

Content Effectiveness Analysis:

  • Support the analysis of service data to understand the effectiveness of social media content, using insights to improve future content for better efficacy.

Standard Operating Procedures:

  • Develop standard operating process documents to ensure all required content complies with relevant Indian laws.

Content Development:

  • Support and develop content such as reels, case stories, vlogs, and testimonials involving individuals and groups interested in contributing to the cause.

Profile Management:

  • Work with virtual navigators to ensure their bio profiles are updated and that virtual interactions are analysed to inform new content creation.

Training:

  • Train virtual navigators on the use of digital content, including short videos and GIFs.

Digital Media Planning:

  • Create a digital media plan targeting adolescents and youths, and discuss it with various stakeholders, including NACO, SACS, DISHA/DAPCU, and other partners. Ensure the plan aligns with NACO s vision to improve service availability and linkages.
Feedback and Improvement:

  • Provide proactive feedback to virtual navigators to enhance their demand generation, outreach, and linkage-related outcomes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly reports and updates as required. Ensure that content is field-tested and continually developed based on evidence.

Additional Duties:

  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in content creation and management, particularly for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and data-driven content strategy.
  • Proficiency in using digital content creation tools and platforms.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective content, including videos, GIFs, and testimonials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in digital content usage.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for content in India.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
