Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the companys marketing and business goals.
- Oversee the creation of blog posts, social media content, web copy, newsletters, and other forms of digital content.
- Manage a team of writers, content creators, and freelancers to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor its performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive messaging.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across platforms.
- Conduct regular content audits to improve and update existing content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading a team and working cross-functionally.
