We specialize in web designing and SEO-based services and have successfully designed and optimized websites for over 30 different organizations. Our goal is to provide end-to-end support to our clients and help them with promotion and branding, both online and offline. We are a youth-run company that values innovation and expertise in various fields.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager at Pyrite Technologies. The Content Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing content strategies, creating and editing web content, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting keyword research, optimizing content for SEO, and monitoring content performance. The Content Manager will also be involved in content planning, content ideation, and content promotion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Conduct audience research to understand content preferences and needs.
  • Create engaging and informative content in various formats (blog posts, website copy, social media content, email marketing campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage the content creation process, including assigning tasks, editing and proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website visibility.
  • Schedule and publish content across various platforms (website, social media, email).
  • Track and analyze content performance using website analytics and social media insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage a content calendar and editorial workflow.
  • Oversee content budget (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot (a plus).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content distribution strategies (a plus).
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (a plus).
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
