Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager at Pyrite Technologies. The Content Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing content strategies, creating and editing web content, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting keyword research, optimizing content for SEO, and monitoring content performance. The Content Manager will also be involved in content planning, content ideation, and content promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Conduct audience research to understand content preferences and needs.
- Create engaging and informative content in various formats (blog posts, website copy, social media content, email marketing campaigns, etc.).
- Manage the content creation process, including assigning tasks, editing and proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website visibility.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms (website, social media, email).
- Track and analyze content performance using website analytics and social media insights.
- Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage a content calendar and editorial workflow.
- Oversee content budget (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot (a plus).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content distribution strategies (a plus).
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (a plus).
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
