We are a dynamic media company dedicated to creating engaging YouTube content across various domains including tech, automobiles, health, and finance. We are seeking a talented Content Manager to oversee the management and growth of our multiple YouTube channels. This role is crucial in driving audience engagement, community building, and content strategy execution. Individuals with content writing, presenting and editing experiences would find this to be a fulfilling role.

Role Overview:

The Content Manager will be responsible for managing the production flow, uploading content, writing engaging copy, and building communities around our YouTube channels. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with founders, content creators and video editors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help research and plan compelling content for various YouTube channels in the areas of Tech, Automobile, Health and Career.
• Manage the production flow of content for multiple YouTube channels.
• Manage schedule & upload content and ensure it aligns with the channel's brand and objectives.
• Write compelling copy and create engaging text and graphic content across various domains.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage the audience and build communities around the channels.
• Collaborate with founders, content creators, and video editors to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Monitor channel performance and analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and YouTube channel management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred, but not compulsory. So far as you can do the task, we do not care what you have studied.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of SEO Optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and community building.
• Good to have: understanding of YouTube analytics and audience engagement metrics
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Location:

This is a full-time position based in our office in Aundh, Pune. Candidates must be willing to work from the office on a regular basis.
