Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals.
- Conduct regular audits of existing content and identify gaps to improve user engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage a content calendar for campaigns across multiple platforms (blogs, social media, email, website, etc.).
Content Creation for multiple platforms and Management:
- Write, edit, and proofread content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Produce PR articles, Quotes for Media releases
- Write Product descriptions for Ecomm platform
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and follows best practices for digital platforms.
Content Performance and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Generate insights from analytics to optimize future content initiatives.
- Present regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and other external partners to enhance content reach.
Brand Voice and Consistency:
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand's voice, style, and tone guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, ideally with a minimum 4+ years in content strategy, writing, or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media trends, and digital content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
