We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Curator and Data Management Analyst to join our client. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in content curation, data management, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve data quality and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structured Content Management and Data Entry - Process and map structured content accurately in databases. - Resolve discrepancies in content parameters and enhance the feedback loop - Manage content loading, tagging, publishing, and ensure quality assurance - Utilize content and data management systems for effective content handling.
- Unstructured Content Curation - Curate, standardize, and tag unstructured content, ensuring adherence to SOPs. - Modify content to make it engaging, using AI tools while preserving its essence. - Create and manage the content intake request process and fulfill requests within SLAs. 3. Content Metrics, Analytics, and Governance - Conduct content audits, develop content-related analytics, and derive insights - Assist in implementing content governance policies and ensure compliance. - Monitor content health and align libraries and experiences with organizational policies. 4. Content Documentation and Training: - Maintain documentation for content management. - Train team members on content management procedures and best practices. - Work with Engineering teams to develop ways of automating processes Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing/ Communications, Business, or a related field. - 1 - 3 years of experience in content management, data entry, digital experience, or quality assurance. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Content Management/Digital Experience Management systems. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders. - Problem-solving skills and first principles thinking - Hunger for learning and quickly adapting to new tools and skills
