ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring for a Lead of content and communications who will work closely with multiple
stakeholders both internally and externally. This role will lead the team of content strategists, graphic designers and video editors, and set and drive processes for all consumer touchpoints.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Convert the brand's messaging and agenda into consumable content basis the platform/audience
2. Lead both visual and written content for various channels including Youtube, Facebook, and partnerships
3.Support content marketing and spearhead content, social media and brand building strategies.
4. Lead the entire team of content specialists, graphic designers, videographers and video editors.
5. Work closely with external agencies to churn out content (for example videos/statics) while following brand guidelines
6. Setting up processes with multiple teams (internal and external both) to maintain timelines for all deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 4-8 years of experience in creating and implementing a content strategy
2. Leading a team of 10 or more people including content specialists, graphic designers, videographers and video editors
3. Experience in working closely with agencies, related to production and shoots.
4. Writing is at the core of what you have been doing
5. Experience in creating and delivering campaigns at scale
6. Understanding of action-driven digital advertising - Facebook and Youtube marketing
