We create engaging content for restaurants and cafes and produce street food and concept reels to grow our audience. Our team is passionate about food, creativity, and digital marketing, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to join us in our culinary adventures!

Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Content Head to join our vibrant team at Pune Food Blogger. This role is pivotal in shaping our content strategy and ensuring smooth operations across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client calls and briefs, leading brainstorming sessions with team and clients
• Oversee shoot logistics and management
• Handle client coordination and communication
• Ensure video quality checks and voice-overs
• Actively participate in front of the camera
• Maintain continuous communication and brainstorming with the team
• Craft engaging stories, from live event coverage to creative content and writing
• Provide editorial support (You won't have to edit any videos but just guide the editor), collaborating closely with the production team
• Contribute to content review and refinement
• Coordinate shoots, manage approvals, and ensure timely content delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation and management (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency with Instagram and YouTube platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Comfortable being on camera
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Passion for food and the local culinary scene
