Job Description: As a Content Executive at 3 Folks Media, you will play a pivotal role in
developing and executing content strategies that align with our clients objectives and
resonate with their target audience. You will collaborate closely with our team of influencer
managers, designers, and clients to create compelling content that drives engagement and
fosters brand loyalty. From conceptualization to distribution, you will be involved in every
stage of the content creation process, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness
across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop content strategies tailored to each clients unique brand identity, target
audience, and marketing goals.
2. Collaborate with the influencer management team to identify and onboard
influencers that align with clients brand values and campaign objectives.
3. Brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas for influencer collaborations,
branded partnerships, and social media campaigns.
4. Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms,
including social media, blogs, websites, and email newsletters.
5. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across multiple channels to
ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
6. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for optimization and improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging
platforms to inform content strategies and best practices.
8. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-
quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
9. Coordinate with clients to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure
content meets their expectations and brand guidelines.
10. Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry professionals
to expand our network and enhance collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, social media management, or
digital marketing, preferably in an agency or influencer marketing environment.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media
platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, Sprout Social).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Passion for social media, influencer culture, pop-culture and digital marketing
trends.
