Content Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced teacher who can help us create high quality

teaching videos in Maths.

The incumbent should be well-spoken and have command over the English

language. Further, s/he must be comfortable facing the camera as the job would

involve creation of live action teaching videos.

Lastly, we are based in Gurugram and are looking for individuals who can work

from the office.

Key Responsibilities

Create live action learning videos in various academic themes that can be

used by both teachers and students

Support all processes of video development like research, scripting,

recording, post production and release

Support project management initiatives to ensure quality and timely

product release

Document various process practices to build organizational memory

Remain up to date with ongoing market practices in academic video

content production

Qualifications

A degree in Maths, Science, Education, Curriculum Development,

Engineering or a related field

Teaching experience in a classroom environment and/or digital

environment is a must. Experience in creating teaching videos will be

preferred

Personal Attributes

Excellent verbal communication skills, especially English speaking

Strong hold on Mathematical topics and teaching, especially in K-8 Math

Ability to present academic content in a structured set up in front a camera

Energetic and aggressive; we need hustlers who can work in a fast-paced

environment with tight deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
