Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and services. You will join a team of talented technical people, senior quality architects, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use, through your technical writing prowess.

Required Skills

1. Creating clear and helpful documentation that suits the target audience.

2. Collaborating with internal teams to understand product and documentation needs.

3. Writing simple and understandable content for user interfaces, online help, and developer guides.

4. Offline and online collaboration skills with teams across different time zones for gathering

inputs for the content to be developed.

5. Time and Task management skills, within multiple projects to meet specific deadlines

for timely delivery of quality documentation.

6. Excellent Communicational skills which is supported by a positive attitude for learning new things from systems which are ever expanding in the industry.
