What type of projects do we undertake

We work on assignments that involve undertaking extensive primary research, literature review, program design and creating an implementation pathway, monitoring & evaluation of large-scale impact-focused projects, or executing interventions such as impact evaluation studies, baseline or end-term assessments, and others. Our clients typically are Government institutions, foundations, or multi-lateral global institutions.

To give you a perspective of the projects we undertake, mentioned below are a few problem statements that we have executed in the recent past:

• Examine the AS-IS learning levels (in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) for over 2 lac students enrolled across Govt. schools in a particular state.
• Create a comprehensive monitoring & evaluation framework for L&D interventions targeted for 1000+ TVET instructors.
• Undertake an impact evaluation exercise to measure the effectiveness of a large Govt. funded outcome-oriented program.
• Work with a Govt. entity to explore strategies for increasing tourist footfall in a state.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a project for a client that collaborates with stakeholders in rural areas in Uttarakhand, focusing on farm and non-farm interventions aimed at poverty alleviation, livelihood enhancement, and entrepreneurship development. This role involves gathering content Editing and publishing, overseeing and managing the content creation, and graphic designing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create various digital resources like videos, reading material, posters, WhatsApp messages, etc. as per requirement. The resources should be crisp and easy to understand.
• Set up a feedback mechanism to review the resources, incorporate feedback from the concerned team, and ensure timely delivery.
• Writing informative and engaging content to improve visibility. Publishing content on digital platforms and in print. Producing well-researched content materials, blogs, articles, emails, and social media posts
• Implementation of social media strategies for content creation, content gathering, and graphic designing.
• Appropriate documentation of the resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in digital content development via Videos, Photos including content gathering, editing, and publishing, experience in designing and implementing social media strategies and creating content, demonstrated expertise in graphic design
• Demonstrated experience in documenting best practices in the field of social mobilization, institution building, financial inclusion, project management, and rural livelihoods is desirable
• Experience working on externally funded projects is preferred.
