Job Title: Content Developer and Strategist (Full-time)
Location: Kolkata (In-office)
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday)
Package: 3.5 - 3.8 LPA
Experience preferred: 1 - 1.5 years
Joining: October 1st week
About the Role
As a Content Developer and Strategist, you will play a vital role in building personal brands of founders and CEOs across diverse industries.
You'll closely collaborate with them, to uncover their stories, values, and experiences, translating these into authentic and engaging content. Along the way, you'll not only help them share their voice but also gain valuable insights and learn from their unique journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development and Strategy
Create engaging and authentic content that aligns with each client's unique brand, voice, and style.
Work closely with the team to develop content strategies that support and enhance clients personal brands and goals.
Ideate and develop a diverse content pipeline, including articles, social media posts, video scripts, and other formats that showcase thought leadership.
2. Client Understanding and Research
Participate in story sessions with clients to uncover their experiences, values, and industry insights.
Conduct in-depth research into the client's industry, trends, and competitors to craft informed and relevant content.
Dive into the mindset of each client to uncover opportunities for positioning them as thought leaders in their field.
3. Content Analysis and Improvement
Monitor the performance of published content, analyze engagement data, and identify trends to continuously improve strategies.
Suggest recommendations and strategic adjustments based on what is working, ensuring continuous content improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new ideas and formats into the content strategy.
4. Content Planning and Pipeline Management
Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the client's goals
Pre-develop content, keeping ahead of deadlines, and adjust the pipeline based on evolving client needs and market trends.
Work closely with the team to ensure content consistency across all channels and platforms.
5. Design and Creativity
Design visually appealing carousels and other content formats on Canva, integrating design elements that enhance the storytelling.
Have a good design sense and an eye for aesthetics to ensure all contentwritten and visualreflects the client's brand
Be open to collaborating with the team on design tasks, maintaining a positive attitude towards contributing to various aspects of content creation.
6. Adaptation and Customization
Tailor content to fit the individual client's style, ensuring that it resonates with their audience and aligns with their personal brand.
Edit and refine content to reflect the client's voice and persona, maintaining authenticity in all communications.
Adapt to different writing and editing styles as needed, ensuring content variety and effectiveness.
7. Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with clients and internal teams, providing clear and open communication throughout the process.
Present content ideas, strategies, and recommendations confidently to clients and team members.
Be agile and open to feedback, making adjustments to content and strategies as needed.
8. Project Management and Agility
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets high-quality standards.
Be proactive in seeking guidance when necessary, but also demonstrate a self-starter attitude, driving projects forward independently.
9. Trend Spotting and Innovation
Continuously monitor and identify content trends, exploring new formats and channels to enhance the client's brand presence.
Innovate and experiment with fresh content ideas that align with current market dynamics and audience interests.
Provide strategic insights into emerging content trends, ensuring clients brands remain relevant and engaging.
