State Street, a global leader across investment servicing, markets and financing and investment, has an immediate opening for a data-driven and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to support the development, implementation, and optimization of our analytics products.
This role will be part of the Global Marketing Team and based out of Bangalore location. Successful candidates must have 5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics platforms will be responsible for the development and optimization of analytics platforms that empower our marketing teams, including the marketing analytics and insights team, to make data-informed decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver products that drive insights and value across the organization

What You Will Be Responsible For
As Senior Manager, Analytics you will
- Support in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing analytics tools and dashboards
- Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are aligned with business goals and timelines
- Align product goals with overall business objectives and ensure no surprise culture and delivery of deliverables as per planned milestones
- Ensure that analytics products adhere to compliance requirements, data governance standards and best practices.
- Oversee the quality assurance process, including testing and validation of analytics tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Address data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them
- Identify and document any issues or bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Partner with the marketing analytics team for creating intuitive and user-friendly analytics tools that meet the needs of diverse user groups
- Drive user adoption by ensuring analytics products are accessible, easy to use, and provide clear value.
- Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to maximize product utilization.
- Act as the liaison between marketing, IT, and product support teams to ensure AEM projects meet business goals and technical requirements.
- Clearly communicate AEM product updates, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on effective AEM usage and content management.
What we value

- Web Analytics (5 years of experience is required)
- ABM Analytics platforms (6sense is a plus)
- Business Intelligence and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing and IT.
- Familiarity with related Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is a plus
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in product management, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics concepts and tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
