Role Overview:
We're hiring a Content Creator/Community Manager specializing in the finance domain. If you have experience in making content related to finance domain, or have handled social media accounts of companies operating in the domain of trading, personal finance, or investments, this role might be perfect for you! Your contributions will shape growth and engagement of a new business line - helping creators leverage Cosmofeed's products.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Content Creation: You will be making engaging text, audio, video content for a Finance focused community. You should have experience in handling communities on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.
- Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with creators, understanding their needs, aspirations, and challenges. Facilitate a supportive community where finance creators can thrive.
- Content Management: Assist creators in developing finance-focused content that aligns with market demands and the Cosmofeed platform's objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze creator engagement metrics and content performance. Provide regular insights and guidance to creators, helping them optimize their reach and impact.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Partner with our product, marketing, and operations teams to align creator strategies with company goals. Lead collaborative projects aimed at increasing creator engagement and audience growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience making content in finance, ideally in a company operating in trading, investment, personal finance domain.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Hindi and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Community Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building and nurturing communities.
- Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on creator success and audience engagement.
