Job Description

Job Description (JD):
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing manager and web developer to ensure content is aligned with marketing goals and SEO best practices.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
  • Key Result Areas (KRA):
Content production and engagement on digital platforms.
  • Quality and creativity of content produced.
Contribution to lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Number of content pieces produced per week (target 3-5 pieces).
  • Engagement metrics for content (shares, likes, comments, and views).
Contribution to lead generation (measured through content-driven conversions).
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the brand voice.
Regularly review and update older content to ensure it remains relevant.
  • Monitoring Process:
Weekly content performance reviews with the marketing manager.
  • Monthly analysis of content impact on lead generation and brand awareness.
Feedback sessions with the marketing manager to improve content quality and strategy.
  • Graphic Designer (Part-time or Freelancer)
  • Job Description (JD):
Create visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and offline marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the content creator and marketing manager to ensure visual content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
Design promotional materials, brochures, banners, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Key Result Areas (KRA):
Quality and creativity of visual content.
  • Timely delivery of design assets.
Consistency of brand identity across all visual content.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Number of design projects completed on time (target 100%).
  • Feedback from the marketing manager and team on design quality.
Engagement metrics for visual content (likes, shares, views).
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
Follow the brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design.
  • Collaborate with the content creator and marketing manager to develop design concepts.
Maintain an organized archive of design assets for future use.
