Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content
- Test various content creation formats and dynamic editing
- Identify emerging trends and topics and activate quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform
- Develop content strategies and calendars for Thirdbase's social channels
- Analyse and report on the performance of the published video content regularly to derive insights and optimise future content
- Support in influencer partnerships, outreach and relationship management
- Contribute to Thirdbase's blogs with your unique ideas about intimacy and relationships
- Create content in our Thirdbase HQ

- A cheerful personality with a desire to Glam for the Gram
- Experience in creating short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel
- Strong writing and copywriting skills, including long- and short-form
- Impeccable storytelling skills you know how to capture attention and maintain it
- Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of key platform metrics across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in Adobe premiere pro or a similar software
- An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way
- An ability to create engaging content (images and video) that aligns with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
- A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices
- Humour and meme-making abilities are a huge plus!
Stipend
10-12k per month depending on experience
