We are building NoiLabs is to assist Creators in their journey from content creation to entrepreneurship. Mastering all aspects of business while creating content can present considerable obstacles. Finding competent team members who grasp your content creation methods and are budget-friendly can be challenging. This is where NoiLabs comes in to aid creators in recruiting top talent worldwide. Our team works remotely, with our main office based in London, UK, collaborating with creators worldwide.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a passionate social media marketing intern with a basic understanding of how the creator industry works and creating content. The ideal candidate will combine their knowledge of content creation with a strong creativity to produce engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on lead generation mechanism to reach out to content creators with cold outreach , twitter and other social media platforms.
• Create social media marketing campaigns like email marketing , newsletters etc
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels and video content for our social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns. Designing with Canva: Use Canva to make attractive multimedia posts. Writing SEO optimized blog posts .
• Engage with our audience on social media platforms to build community and boost engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement rates.

Qualifications:

• Strong presence on social media with a follower base.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their respective algorithms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Quick to adapt and implement new social media trends.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
