I. CONTENT COORDINATOR

  • Job Summary:


The Content Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our creative and communication team, responsible for overseeing the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with CMR brand objectives, resonates with target audiences, and meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.

  • Responsibilities:


  • Content Planning and Strategy:

    - Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client goals and target audience preferences.

    - Collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams to understand brand objectives and messaging.






  • Content Creation Oversight:

    - Coordinate with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to produce compelling and on-brand content.

    - Ensure content adheres to industry best practices, guidelines, and legal requirements.



  • Content Calendar Management:

    - Develop and maintain editorial calendars to organize and schedule content production and distribution.

    - Implement strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    - Foster strong relationships with internal teams to gather insights and information necessary for content development.

    - Work closely with the social media, SEO, and marketing teams to optimize content for various channels.



  • Quality Assurance:

    - Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

    - Implement feedback loops to continuously improve content quality and performance.



  • Analytics and Reporting:

    - Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and audience engagement.

    - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future content strategies.



  • Client Communication:

    - Act as a point of contact for clients regarding content-related matters.

    - Communicate project progress, address client feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.



  • Stay Informed:

    - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing best practices.

    - Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall creativity and effectiveness.

  • Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a content coordinator, content manager, or similar role in a creative agency setting.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with content management systems, SEO principles, and social media platforms.

- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
