Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic and proactive Content and Community Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help engage and support our user community, learning to understand their needs and assisting with initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and app experience. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about community-building and eager to develop communication and engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily communication with users, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
- Collaborate on strategies to grow active users by encouraging and supporting community members, including matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
- Help create initiatives that support and upskill community members, ensuring their ongoing engagement with the app.
- Work closely with the product team to support new feature launches aimed at user engagement and retention.
- Contribute to building micro-influencers within the FRND community, focusing on matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
- Stay informed on social media trends and insights to help boost platform engagement.
- Support various language-speaking communities to maintain a positive and interactive environment.
Requirements:
- This is an In-Office paid Internship for the duration of 3 months
- PPO based on exceptional performance
- Fluent in languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen interest in community engagement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A basic understanding of app-based engagement metrics is a plus.
- Ability to take initiative, work well in a team, and manage multiple tasks.
- Available to work six days a week, including the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.
