JOB TITLE: Consumer Insights Manager

LOCATION: Gurgaon, India

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Google products are used by billions of users everyday. As a Marketing Manager in Googles consumer marketing team, you will be working towards driving user growth of Google Play in India. You will be focused on driving consumer spends on the app via identifying key levers and executing innovative user facing activations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Proven track record developing marketing plans through actionable insights and recommendations. Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, and targeting.
  2. Experience working with many strategic partners and driving impact both via influence (w/o direct authority) and via joint agreements.
  3. Ability to influence all levels and work effectively across functions, geographies, and corporate cultures.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with writing consumer-facing copy.
  5. Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity; ability to prioritize for business impact among competing needs.
  6. Experience managing external creative agencies to timeline and budget.
  7. Experience working on consumer research including creative testing, market research

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product branding
  • Experience in building out presentation, data visualisations
  • Experience in working with data to cull out insights
