TheReEntryprogram offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers.

TheReEntryProgram is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 21, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment withJPMorganChaseat the end of the program. Thepermanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Consumer & Operations at JPMorganChase comprises of multiple lines of business and functions such as Commercial & Investment Bank, which provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk and extends liquidity in markets around the world Consumer and Community Banking which supports Chase customers with everything from checking accounts, debit and credit cards, to car loans and investment products as well as loans and products for small businesses and J.P. Morgan Asset Management which helps with investment management

What We Look For:

• Accomplished individuals who are currently on a voluntary career break for at least 2 years or more and wish to return to the workforce full time
• Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
• Individuals with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business
• The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program
