Responsibilities:
Support Data Controls Demands Integration through the application of a unified global operating model (people, process, tech)
Collaboration activities across various functions and teams within thus enabling timely and quality deliverables.
Work closely with the Delivery teams to support delivery of the Customer Data Management book of work and enable progress tracking through reports generation at Executive, Management and Operational levels.
Create progress tracking reports and bring out actionable insights for Quarterly Business reviews, Management reviews (Monthly) and Operational level reporting (Weekly).
Support Data utility with Data simplification deliverables.
Organise / deliver trainings on the end-to-end Master Data Management process.
Review, understand and document Customer Data Control requirements coming from various Businesses / customers / functions whilst collaborating with Delivery teams.
Maintaining a high level of engagement with key customers and balance business demands against quality targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of Business Architecture & analysis, requirements engineering, product backlog management, structured analysis and process mapping.
Structured analytical problem-solving skills, able to breakdown complex problems and find solutions.
Ability to synthesize / analyse diverse information, develop recommendations and make decisions.
Strong Planning, execution and organisational skills.
Understands and effectively uses established policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal communicating skills, bridging technology and business teams, ensuring clarity of requirements to key partners at all levels.
Competent in the use of data technology to solve complex business problems and user acceptance testing with hands on expertise in use of SQL & Mongo DB, Unix, Python, APIs, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel.
