- 3+ years of overall industry experience
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack
- Extremely strong SQL skills
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report /dashboard development.
- Understands what kind of charts and tables to be used for various kinds of data.
- solid understanding on designing CXO level dashboards
- Migrating large number of PBI dashboard ( 500)
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Adaptable to new environments, people, technologies and processes
- Willing to work on Azure Databricks related projects
