Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the hiring requirements from client hiring managers
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, professional networks etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position
- Coordination through the selection process with client and candidates
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media, professional networks
- Support client in the process of offer closure
- Staying updated with hiring trends, industry news and best practices
Key Skills
- Strong communication (minimum 3 out of 5) and interpersonal skills
- Working experience on mid and senior level roles
- Strong souring capability and ability to source beyond portals
- Ability to build rapport with hiring managers
- Good with MS-excel
- Excellent Time management & organization skills
Work from office (Dwarka- New Delhi) , 5.5 days working
