Your Key Responsibilities

You will represent a team of consultants and analysts who are responsible of two key areas

1. Pre-sales and post-sales consulting & application build/ demonstrations

2. Implementation Services/ SCPaaS supply chain planning as a service a market offering which provides retained supply chain planning service to customers.

Skills and attributes for success

Working as part of project teams through the pre-sales cycle, deployment/implementation, and post sales supply chain consulting

Providing technical and functional expertise and training to team members for effective and optimal use of software in helping customers achieve their supply chain goals and business objectives.

Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally

Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's degree / Masters degree and Relevant exp of 2-3 years

Hands on consulting role and responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management, with focus toward supply planning and demand management as a business domain

Experience deploying supply chain planning software (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP etc.)

Hands-on knowledge of planning software

Experience with Advanced Planning tools

Experience with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation

Being part of 1-2 full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations

Participated in: Gathering business requirements

Analyzing and transforming to application requirements

Performing fit-gap analysis

Leading functional design approval process

Interaction with product team to test and deliver the solution

Assisting customer during UAT

Working experience with offshore delivery model environment

Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

Ideally, you'll also have

Degree emphasis in Supply Chain, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas or an MBA from reputed institute is preferred

Prior consulting experience desired
