ROLE: SAP Ariba Integration Consultant
Role Description
The Ariba Integration consultant is responsible for integration configuration between ERP and various Ariba applications. Also, he or she is responsible for ABAP and middleware Ariba CIG developments required for customized integration requirements from customer. Must have basic procurement and SAP MM knowledge to understand basic Ariba business processes. Implementation can involve integration with non-SAP ERP integration with Ariba.
Key Responsibilities.
- Integration configurations during Ariba implementations.
- Liaising with Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Functional Consultants and Technical peers to achieve project goals within expected timelines.
- Drive and Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP ERP and SAP CIG.
- Build repository of custom development implemented by Bristlecone for unique business requirements.
Qualifications And Experience
- 5 plus years of ABAP Development experience.
- Some experience in integration related projects.
- Experience in integrating SAP ECC with Ariba Network using Cloud Integration or Business Suite Addon or Cloud Integration Gateway is preferred.
- ABAP Certification would be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP PI or any other middleware would be added advantage.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Experience in of ALE IDOC, File interfaces, RFCs, User Exit or enhancement, BAPI, BADI and Proxies.
- Responsible for the design, development, testing and support for ABAP related WRICEF objects to meet the business needs.
- Ability to propose multiple workable solutions as per best practices.
- Basic understanding of ECC MM Master data and business processes.
- Experience in interacting with functional developers to provide daily operational support as well as solution implementation for enhancements and projects.
- Should be able to analyse and recommend technical architecture, technical design and development using ABAP.
- Worked on performance tuning and enhancements of existing reports.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written. Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.
- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner.
- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking.
