Roles and responsibilities

  • Generate leads based on training provided by company
  • Enter leads in provided system: lead management of google sheets
  • Followup on leads through emails and messages
  • Any other work for new business development

Must have

  • Highly motivated to achieve results
  • Must have considerable experience in similar work and motivation for independently working and delivering on results
  • Good problem solving skills, should take initiative to understand problem and resolve them
  • Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator

Remuneration and working hours

  • Working hours - 4 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • Remuneration: 40000 INR/month
  • Additional work beyond the above (80 hours/month) would be paid extra
  • For high performers, incentives on good work will be given.
  • Contract duration: 6 months. Minimum 1 month will need to be completed to be entitled for any remuneration
  • Training will be provided for performance
