Roles and responsibilities
- Generate leads based on training provided by company
- Enter leads in provided system: lead management of google sheets
- Followup on leads through emails and messages
- Any other work for new business development
Must have
- Highly motivated to achieve results
- Must have considerable experience in similar work and motivation for independently working and delivering on results
- Good problem solving skills, should take initiative to understand problem and resolve them
- Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator
Remuneration and working hours
- Working hours - 4 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Remuneration: 40000 INR/month
- Additional work beyond the above (80 hours/month) would be paid extra
- For high performers, incentives on good work will be given.
- Contract duration: 6 months. Minimum 1 month will need to be completed to be entitled for any remuneration
- Training will be provided for performance
