The scope of services of Consultant / Retainer (HSE) shall tentatively include the following activities, which is not exhaustive and will include any other activity as per the requirement of the Company from time-to-time.
The Scope Of Services Covers
- Formulation of Onsite and Offsite Emergency Plan.
- Updating, maintaining, improving and developing City Gas Distribution specific Safety procedures.
- Maintain and Update Safety Instructions.
- Coordinate with Statutory Authorities under the statute.
- Liaison with DM, CFO, Police, Consultants, TPIA, etc. in ensuring better safety measures for CGD Networks in Lucknow, Agra, Ayodhya, Sultanpur and Unnao.
- Liaison/ coordinate with various government offices and private agencies for better coordination during various Fire & Safety activities and third-party activities in vicinity of GGL's infrastructure for safe and efficient working.
- Preparing and Maintaining Emergency Preparedness Plan/ Escape Plan/ Emergency Response Plan.
- Ensure effectiveness of Emergency Response Plan.
- Perform Internal Audits and Annual Audit Plans for HSE Department.
- Conduct Weekly/ Monthly HSE Team Meeting.
- Attend Project and Service related Review Meetings.
- Conduct and arrange Safety Training for Company's personnel and contract employees.
- Promote Positive Safety Manners to Company's personnel by introducing/ developing safety methods for the safe workplace environment.
- Ensuring timely compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements related to Fire & Safety department.
- Preparing SOPs related to various Fire & Safety activities.
- Review and monitoring of existing Fire & Safety related contracts and proposing any changes to be incorporated in future contracts. Identifying additional contract requirements, preparing scope and technical specifications for such contracts to ensure uninterrupted gas supply.
- MIS/ exception reports on status of Fire & Safety activities on regular basis.
- Developing Fire & Safety team for shouldering the responsibility of successful commissioning and operation of CGD Systems for ensuring ZERO level of accidents/ hazards.
Applications are invited from the Retired employees of PSU not below the rank of Deputy General Manager at the time of Superannuation OR retired from a Joint Venture Company of PSUs/ Govt. after working for at least 20-years FOR engagement as Consultant/ Retainer (Health, Safety & Environment) for a minimum period of 01-year. Candidate shall have qualification of Engineering degree (any discipline) and Diploma in Industrial Safety, having good experience in the field of City Gas Distribution/ Hydrocarbon Industry and must be acquainted with regulations of it. The place of posting shall be Lucknow/ Agra.
The remuneration will be considered with Qualification and Experience of the candidate.
