Consultant - Production (Contract)

Your Profile

1. Building element sheets from the artist riderfor all production related materials and as per layout
2. Plan technical requirements in conjunction with the Technical lead - Create and build sheets (Technical and Hospitality) into templates and then distribute to the Technical lead and the Artists Managers.
3. Ensure immediatedistribution of templates to the vendors on completion for a cost and make thecost sheet as per the rate cards closed to calculate internal cost.
4. Has a solid understanding of Tech Inventory and has an understanding of Costs and what they should be
5. Liaisoning with the commercials team closely on all vendor conversations

Your Checklist

1. 6 - 8 years experience in the event/technical production industry
2. Knowledgeable and passionate event expert with years of experience in live events.
3. Budget management to understand the big picture of an event
4. Travel for various events
5. Strong professionalism that can be personalized to a wide variety of vendors, stakeholders, colleagues and crew
6. Works well under pressure and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
7. Willingness to contribute however possible to ensure the overall effectiveness of the project
8. Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills.
