As a Orthopedic Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care and rehabilitation services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, incorporating advanced technology-based treatments.
- Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions to manage pain, improve function, and enhance overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and nutritionists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
- Perform surgeries as a team with our senior consultant orthopedic surgeon in associated hospital OT facilities.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to the rehabilitation team, promoting evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
- Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques to support long-term well-being.
- Educate general publics on the conditions, management and guidance on right treatment and medical practice through informational videos, webinars and camps.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of physiatry and actively contribute to research, academic activities, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Orthopedics or neurology.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Dedication to delivering patient-centered care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
