Inviting applications for the role of Consultant-Manual Tester
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by leveraging strong technical expertise and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

. Design and implement test cases for web, mobile, and service API testing.
. Manage test efforts using Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify testing needs
. Conduct thorough testing of applications, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business goals
. Conducting UAT as per the strict guidelines
. Provide detailed documentation and reports on test coverage, execution, and results.
. Identify, isolate, and document defects during the software development lifecycle.
. Suggest improvements to processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
. Strong experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, as well as web applications
. Familiarity with testing payment systems and subscription models
. Hands-on experience using Jira for test management.
. Relevant QA testing experience in agile environments.
. Proficiency in using tools like Postman or something similar.
. Handson experience in functional, regression and compatibility testing for web and mobile applications
. Solid understanding of the STLC & SDLC process
. Experience in conducting UAT
. Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Experience with invoicing or payment applications
. Knowledge of performance testing
. Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks along with basic coding skills
. Understanding of P2P payment integrations (PayPal, Stripe)
. Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
