Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant-II at Zen Exim Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. As a Consultant-II, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our partners and clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, managing project implementations, and delivering training sessions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure successful customer engagements and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in wireless technology, network switching, and data center switches
• Expertise in F5 load balancers, application security, and cloud solutions
• Proven experience in providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and design customized solutions
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Project management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
