nLeading the client workshops based on industry best practices and S/4 HANA capabilities
nTranslating business requirements into S/4HANA design
nDrawing up the business (and technical) blueprint regarding S/4HANA design
nAdvising the client on improvement actions within the client's field of work (by means of interviews and workshops)
nDesigning and implementing process improvements through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
nEnsure the alignment between IT and business regarding S/4HANA transformation
nHands-on configuration of S/4HANA on cloud
nDelivering S/4HANA (train-the-trainer) training session for project members
nPerforming and supporting test work on S/4HANA
nSupporting role of the Project leader in the form of PMO during the transformation. (1.) To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. (2.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. (3.) To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards. (4.)
