Consultant

FrictionLearn is a Gamified E-Learning Platform based in Hyderabad. The platform offers a unique approach to skills development and career building through gamified learning strategies. FrictionLearn also provides resources like incubators and accelerators to guide users from idea stage to startup, along with opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and institutions. Additionally, the platform hosts events for community engagement and networking.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at FrictionLearn in Hyderabad. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing learning strategies, and providing guidance to users on skills development and career advancement within the platform. The Consultant will also facilitate community interactions and events for enhanced user engagement.

• Training, Teaching, and Educational Development skills
• Experience in developing learning strategies and career guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Event planning and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of gamification in education
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in e-learning platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
