Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant Doctor at VCare Hair & Skin Clinics in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana/Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. The Consultant Doctor will be responsible for providing expert consultations, diagnosing hair and skin conditions, treatments recommendations and ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized care.

• Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems, and steers them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs of the potential customer.
• The ability to understand and utilize a large volume of product information and sector expertise to solve Customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily customer reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual Reports.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Works with Branch Manager and other inter-departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product/Service information by sharing client feedback gained in the clinical consultants.
• Serves customers by meeting customer needs and promoting products and services.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BSMS & BDS.
• Valid medical license/registration.

• Local Language ( Kannada Mandatory ) with Good English Communication Required

Training Policy

• As per standard Operating Policy it is mandatory to undergo the Training for a period of Max 2 weeks for all the consultant doctors at our corporate office Chennai location.
• Salary would be calculated and paid from day one of the consultants joining with our corporate office.
• As per our Company policy Consultants to and fro travel tickets would be booked by the Corporate HR team.
• During training period Standard accommodation would be provided & booked by the company for your entire training period with us at our corporate office.
• During training period company cab would be provided to and for between corporate offices to Hotel accommodation.
