About the role:

This role needs two core strengths, communications and operations, while working with multiple stakeholders.

The consultant will play a pivotal role in fortifying our organizational core by collaborating closely with the leadership team. It would include bolstering day-to-day communication and coordination.

The consultant will also be responsible for implementing a high-leverage international program and amplifying its reach.

Key responsibilities:

Branding and Communication

• Strategizing organizations visibility
• Research trends and update the website
• Creating communication collaterals like graphics, articles, and presentations
• Manage media channels to amplify impact and reach

Project Implementation

• Outreach at scale for a course in South Asia
• Coordinate and project manage the course
• Update LMS and curate content
• Participant interface and assessment

Stakeholder Enagagement

• Establish partnerships and networks across a wide range of stakeholders
• Communicate, coordinate, and organize external commitments
• Facilitate communication with all stakeholders to maintain relations and project manage their outputs
• Attending networking events/conferences, etc

Qualifications/ skills:

• Good communication skills and command of English (written and spoken)
• Eye for detail and result-oriented
• 4 - 6 years of work experience
• Thrive in an agile, evolving environment, constantly seeking opportunities to learn
• Approach challenges with creativity, offering fresh solutions
• Good sense of aesthetics and creativity
• Prior experience in communications/ drafting
• Preference would be given to womxn candidates
