Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Consultant - Bot Configurator, where you'll play a key role in the design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, deployment, and end-to-end support of Automation-based solutions or Bots (Robots). You'll be working with Automation Anywhere and other Microsoft Technologies such as .Net and relative client scripting languages. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about the latest trends in automation and are ready to handle Automation support related issues and provide resolution.
Accountabilities:
As a Bot Configurator, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting robotic automation-based projects. You'll gather business requirements and develop automation solutions accordingly. You'll also be involved in creating technical specifications, test plans, and support documentation. You'll work closely with the Process Analyst in defining and designing the solution along with other relevant activities. You'll also be responsible for configuring the robot code, adhering to standards, modularization, scalability, and reuse of code.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Technical Degree
- Overall 6 to 8 years of IT Experience (Preferably .NET)
- Hands-on working experience in Automation Anywhere and Certified in the same.
- Hands-on working experience in Power Platforms like Power apps, Power Flow
- Create Technical specifications, Test plans and support documentations
- Sound knowledge on ITIL principles, Incident/Organizational change and AZ Access provisioning
- Strong Interpersonal, Technical writing, communication and presentation skills with Senior Partners
- Passionate to know the latest trends or developments in automation and adapt to the same
- Knowledge of any one Technology Stack such as .Net/C#/ASP.net or Java/J2EE or Python
- Basic knowledge on Macros (VBA), vb script, java script
- Familiarity in SDLC methodologies (Classic, Agile methodologies etc), UI Path and Blue Prism (Or any other RPA tools)
- ITIL Certified or Trained
- Application knowledge related to Service Now, Jira
- Engineering Degree / Masters in Computer Science
