Job Description

  • To perform design, implement, and maintain complex product modules/sub-systems.
  • To perform moderate to complex product design activities that require extensive research and analysis with excellent reasoning/logical/analytical skills.
  • To participate in product design, support meetings with internal teams and customers.
  • To perform complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products.
  • To research problems discovered by customer or product support and develop optimized solutions to the problems.
  • To execute unit testing, integration testing for every development.
  • To follow all the metrics in delivering the best quality product.
  • Since our customers are in various parts of world, willingness to travel and assist in performing on-site client work on a very short notice.
  • To take care of product with minimal transition from product architects.
  • To follow the processes defined at organization/department level.
  • To document all the development work in detail as per the process guidelines.
  • To communicate effectively, fluently in written/oral with good interpersonal skills as a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for working with Infor customers all-through the project planning, application configuration and deployment/roll-out to end users.
  • This involves customer-facing and online meetings/calls, hands-on software configuration, project documentation, and Teams and onsite training sessions.
  • As we operate in a fast-paced environment, consultant must be ready to work on multiple tasks and with several customers during a day.
  • Able to perform the defined activities with minimal supervision and zeal to perform more than what is defined.
  • Prepare configuration documentation.
  • Develop custom extension specifications.
  • Assist in implementing and testing custom extensions.
  • Provide support to clients from kick-off to post go live.
  • Maintain and execute issue logs, action logs, risk logs.
  • Attend weekly update calls with each client.
  • Maintain a positive professional demeanor.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years general experience.
  • Strong technical and application knowledge and working experience in C#, VB.Net, OOPS, XML, XML Schema and SQL Server, JSON, JavaScript.
  • Functional and technical experience with PLM for Process (Optiva) is a plus.
  • Formal customer facing consulting experience is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel
