Job Description:
Functional Requirements Gathering, Data Design, Data Modelling, and Development
- Objective: Enhance the management and value of data across organizations and markets.
- Skills: Eliciting business requirements, designing logical and physical data models, and developing robust data solutions to meet business needs.
Technical Delivery of Scalable Data Pipelines
- Objective: Ensure efficient, best-practice data pipelines, transformations, and ETLs.
- Tools: Expertise with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar ETL tools to build and maintain scalable data solutions.
Data Visualization
- Objective: Translate business requirements and metrics into visual reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Tools: Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to provide insights and value to business functions.
Machine Learning, AI, and Statistics
- Objective: Develop predictive models, and implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Skills: Competence in econometrics, forecasting, quantitative diagnosis, and using libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
Data Governance and Management
- Objective: Ensure high data quality, and manage master data, metadata, and data lineage.
- Skills: Understanding key data governance concepts and implementing practices to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Agile and Traditional Delivery Methods
- Objective: Participate in data and analytics development environments using agile and traditional methodologies.
- Activities: Involvement in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative development practices.
Consulting Experience
- Objective: Deliver high-quality data solutions while maintaining client expectations and ethical standards.
- Skills: Strong client relationship management, clear communication, and adherence to ethical guidelines in consulting engagements.
